Four bedrooms with sheltered indoor-outdoor living.

Monsoon House is an original tropical-contemporary concept on a 40 × 60 ft rectangular plot. Four bedrooms span G+1, with 1,440 sq ft covered per floor and 2,880 sq ft total built-up.

Layered roofs and screens for a rainy-climate brief

Low-pitched clay-tiled roofs and timber screens establish the character, alongside pale sandstone and sheltered circulation. Kochi is the climate context, not evidence of a built project. Actual rain exposure, drainage, levels and structural detailing need site-specific professional assessment. These model views and drawing samples are not construction or approval documents.
