Provenance and status
  • Project P15, model revision R4. Original concept study, not a completed client home.
  • Model views, floor cutaways, room views, the 3D model and drawings all come from one authored geometry.
  • Presentation studies: AI-assisted presentation study; styling reference, not a dimensionally exact model export.
  • Illustrative concept; no project-specific engineering or approval review.

A generous villa concept with four illustrated bedrooms.

Stone Horizon is an original G+1 study on a 60 × 80 ft rectangular plot (4,800 sq ft). Covered floor areas are 3,304 sq ft each, totalling 6,608 sq ft built-up. The supplied layout shows four bedrooms; the five-bedroom aspiration in the brief requires redesign.

Long limestone planes and sheltered terraces

The refined contemporary direction uses limestone, ivory plaster and charcoal recesses, with a broad wood soffit. The brief seeks generous social areas and a ground-floor principal suite. Gurugram is a spacious-plot context, not a completed villa claim. Luxury styling does not establish structural or approval readiness: supplied plans are concept studies requiring site-specific professional work.
