Four bedrooms and a less formal work corner.

Monochrome Veranda is an original four-bedroom G+1 study on a 35 × 45 ft rectangular plot. The 1,575 sq ft plot supports concept floor areas of 1,054 sq ft each, totalling 2,108 sq ft covered built-up.

A horizontal veranda with a vertical counterpoint

Graphite fins, warm grey concrete and silver stone build the graphic-modern palette. The brief aims to fit a small work corner without making family spaces overly formal. Chandigarh is a neighbourhood context reference, not a built home. This exact study is 35 × 45 ft, not a 35 × 40 or 35 × 50 stock plan; different dimensions require a custom brief. Concept sheets are not for construction.
