Provenance and status
  • Project P07, model revision R4. Original concept study, not a completed client home.
  • Model views, floor cutaways, room views, the 3D model and drawings all come from one authored geometry.

  • Illustrative concept; no project-specific engineering or approval review.

Four bedrooms around a connected family brief.

Terracotta Court is an original G+1 concept on a 30 × 50 ft rectangular plot (1,500 sq ft), with four bedrooms. Covered floor areas are 1,064 sq ft each, or 2,128 sq ft total built-up.

Quiet and active zones for a family of six

Tall central terracotta lattice and stepped ivory volumes express the modern courtyard approach. Warm timber ties the interior and exterior direction together. The Indore climate label is inspiration, not a built-project claim. Use the furnished plans and model to discuss zoning, not to bypass site-specific design and structural checks. All supplied technical sheets are illustrative.
