  • Illustrative concept; no project-specific engineering or approval review.

Four bedrooms behind a private screened edge.

Ochre Screen is an original four-bedroom G+1 study on a 30 × 60 ft rectangular plot. The plot area is 1,800 sq ft; covered floors are 1,260 sq ft each, totalling 2,520 sq ft built-up.

Deep shadow for a hot-dry climate brief

Ochre limestone and a perforated sand-coloured lattice create privacy, deep shade and a spare planted edge. The brief also asks for a usable terrace. Jodhpur describes climate inspiration, not a completed local home. A 200 gaj enquiry only equals this plot area if the local unit means nine square feet per gaj; verify dimensions. Supplied concept sheets are not for construction.
